My little Jubilee,

You are entering the third year of life! Speaking of life . . . you are full of it. Your high energy and dramatic nature is one of the reasons I love you so fiercely. You remind me of Jesus’ disciple, Peter, who was given to extremes. He denied the Lord three times but was later crucified for spreading the gospel, requesting that he be hung upside down because he did not feel worthy to die in the same fashion as the Lord Jesus.

Never lose your spark, my little one.

My greatest desire is that you would grow to love Jesus Christ. I want you to love Him more than life and love life because of Him, enjoying all that He has so graciously given you.

Remember that nothing but Jesus will ever satisfy. Strive in prayer until He gives you a love for Himself and then love those around you from the overflow of His love . . . joy will result.
