It is hard with them so far away. Only getting to know Jee-Eun a little bit . . . and from that little bit I am sure that I would love the opportunity to get to know her a whole ton more! I do know that she is as sweet as the day is long. Sweet enough to ask me to be a bride's maid before she ever met me. And thoughtful enough to tell me, up until an hour before the ceremony, that if I didn't feel well or couldn't do something not to worry about it . . . that I wouldn't ruin her wedding even if I needed to go sit down right in the middle of it. It's no mystery as to why my brother loves this girl. Very selfless. Thoughtful. Loving.
Wishing that they lived closer so that she could rub off on me some. :-)
So amazing to see how God works. Time, age, geography, and differences do not hinder Him from placing the people together whom He wants to be together. He brought my brother the perfect wife . . . all the way from Korea. He prepared the most wonderful man for me . . . born in Venezuela fifteen years before I was born in the US.
Makes me wonder what He has for Jacob. :-)

God works in such amazing ways! They are beyond my comprehension and all I know is that God has been good to us! I feel so blessed with both our new son and daughter-in-law. What a beautiful way for our family to grow! No comment on Jacob's future spouse - just LOTS of praying! :)
