i wonder . . .

I ponder how many things I prayed for that God said "no" to. At the time, I questioned Him and felt pain. But oh, my LORD knows so much better than I. He has saved me in so many ways . . . His love for me leaves me speechless.

The love that Luke has for me leaves me speechless. It is one thing to have a friend tell you that they love you . . . it's different to know that someone has seen every aspect of your life and somehow still has a love for you.

If I had the chance to go back again
Take a different road
Bear a lighter load
Tell an easy story
I would walk a way
With my yesterdays
And I would not trade what is broken
For beauty only

Every valley
Every bitter chill
Made me ready
To climb back up the hill
And find that:
