Maybe it is his laughterMaybe it is his smile
Maybe it is the way that he raises his eye brows and stares at me when something unkind slips past my lips
Maybe it is the hug that only feels like his hug, coming from him
Maybe it is the way he says, "Nicole"
Maybe it is the way that the cold water sprays me in the face each morning because the shower head is adjusted for his height
Whatever tells me that he is really home, I love.
. . . things just feel "right" when our family is together.
