Simple things....

Some simple things that totally made my week:

1). Finishing school for two weeks!
2). Seeing some snow.
3). Spending time with a friend.
4). Receiving clear direction on something I was praying about.
5). Passing a test that I was all stressed over.
6). Going out to coffee and not spending a dime.
7). Counting how many unmarried adults played in the orchestra.
8). Stifling laughter as a conductor of an orchestra sent her "stick" flying across the stage.
9). Having a dream about someone from church getting a grinch tattoo on their chin. (Don't ask)
10). Doing well at a music lesson
11). Going the entire week without a single headache!
12). Having my brother take time (while busy at work) to ask how my day is going.
13). Finding a note that my 5 yr old brother left out side of my door. It said, "I love Alli." Aww!!

That's cool. I've never taken the time to reflect on the simple things that made my week, it's usually the simple things that wrecked my week. The positive outlook is refreshing to read. Keep it up :)

Take care,
Eric Hazen

Eric - I know what you mean. That is actually why I wrote that post. I was mentally having a horrid week, so I decided it was time for an attitude adjustment. :)

Larz - I dunno if my license has my middle name on it. But I know that it has both my mother and father's maiden names. ;-)
